Really nice appartment, close to the city center (about 10 minutes on foot), clean, kind staff, good equipement, if I go back to Bratislava, definitely recommend you this apartment !!

Overall impression is positive, tv had lots of channels in different languages, the apartment is quite nice.

There was a problem with meeting the bratislava apartments assistant to get the keys, largely due to the fact that they don't have any reception at all. So in fact we had to negotiate the time to meet with the staff member who was planning to leave the city, which was a bit stressful. Another thing is a sofa that had stains on it and was therefore covered with a towel - ! - now that's weird...

parking situation in Bratislava is terrible

The Proximity from Bus station and city center was excellent! One can cover the whole city on foot being at this apartment. A Billa store is also located around 10 mts away. So, all in all a 'No problem Apartment' !

1. There's no sign board. So, its difficult to find the apartment. 2. The inside area of apartment is under renovation, however, the apartment's rooms are very well equipped and are quite mordern in nature.

The Apartment was very well kept & was ideal for a short break in Bratislava.

The Apartment Block wasn't great although the apartment itself was ideal. It was very dark & looked run down. Definitely in need of upgrading the exterior stairs and landing area. It was also very noisy during the night too.

The appartment was fully equipped and looking very modern. The entrance and common areas (shared in the building) have not been maintained for 30 years at least... but once in the room was perfect. 15 minutes walk to historic center of town.

Entrance and common internal courtyard should be renovated.

Water heater wasn't working properly. Occasionally, there was lack of hot water. Curtains were too thin so there was too much light in the mornings.

It was very close to my office and to city center (old town on walk distance), clean, with everything you need even for long-term use (like kitchen, big closet, big shower).

You must bring soap and shampoo for bathroom. Also the agent was in a hury when handed over the apartment.

Good location, close to bus station by foot, close to center by foot (10 min) comfortable, practicle, calm street, modern equipment and recent, kitchen quite big, comfortable bed, internet wifi free, tv dvd radio numeric equipments, big shower, clean but some marks and scratches make it looking not so...

Staff very fast, no credit card machine, and not saying things about the flat, like to use the spare electric heater because then it would not be enough hot in the room even the normal heater has a bowl under it to collect water ??, poor condition of some furnitures, walls scratched, marks of food on the sofa and sides of the bed, 1 outside window is broken just repaired with tape( double windows system at least this is ok) as well a window is broken on the door between kitchen and room and as well tape on it, the system for the water in the sink was loosing a drop of water wich could be dangerous with the hairdryer, I had to put a saucepan under it, rubish opening system broken, kitchen table scratched + little drawings on the wall ? strong marks, we came 4 years ago 5 days and it was nice and ok, and this time it seems that since theis time some bad (drunk) guys stayed in this appartment and broke and didnt care of things ?? If u don t mind about these visuals problems u will have a good stay, it would need just some little effort to hide or repairs these problems to make a very good appartment ! Then it justified the discount that we had on the price of the stay...i guess, but would be better for the tenants of this appartment to repair these soon.. As it seems that they don t care about the visual aspect and make temporary repairs very quickly :need to cover the sofa, repair windows, rubish, sink, heater, and cover side of bed with some sort of textile, paint walls on some parts,as a minimum.. Because with these problems they can t rent to their high price, they would have to make discount always ont it !

Location of appartmets is really convenient.

The apartment itself was modern and clean. It was close to several good restaurants and a grocery store. We would stay here again.

There were permanent stains on the couch, etc. and the main entrance to the building was also in need of renovations.

Close to city centre, good access to other areas. Clean apartment and well appointed , good security.

Electrical equipment not working , microwave oven, no tv or broadbnd working !
